I don't use generative artificial intelligence (genAI), like ChatGPT or Claude, for writing and editing. I believe human-generated content resonates most with audiences.

However, I'm happy to edit AI-generated content. In my experience, AI-generated content is often too wordy or vague and can contain inaccuracies. As well, it may not reflect the nuances of a particular industry or geographical location.
